Working directly to the Chief Executive Michael Tallett-Williams and alongside the Finance Director Jonathan Vickers and Operations Director Tina Franklin, we supported the transfer of business and IT staff successfully to Capita plc.
In a mixed team of client and Optimos consultants, we engaged on four clear workstreams:
- Identify the Top 20 "Risks & Issues" facing Lincoln senior executives & implement actions to mitigate each one
- Create a "Relationship Management Framework" to identify the value of the relationship to each key stakeholder
- Establish a new management structure, Governance groups and processes
- Design and implement an appropriate set of performance measures (SLAs) and benchmark criteria
The transfer was successfully completed to time, cost and quality and has laid the foundation for an initial positive relationship between the parties. The initial contract was converted after a period to an evergreen 25-year rolling contract.
